Every time we go to Vannes, it's direct market stop andouilles they are indeed a little expensive but high quality, those from Guéméné are for my taste too salty, too smoked, and too fatty, sorry. I'll be back on 02/21/24, I hope you'll be there. See you soon.
We do not get our supplies from the Carnac road store but from the La Trinité market. They have a very appetizing stall and are large enough to serve customers on Friday mornings. They also do not hesitate to have their products tasted.
Our favorites: roast bacon and their Brittany andouille sausage, excellent!

What can I say other than that the andouille is excellent, unfortunately one of the two saleswomen was extremely aggressive with her colleague in front of us. We didn't know where to stand. In short, an experience that was less pleasant than possible despite the kindness of his colleague who didn't know where to go.

Contrary to appearances, it's not just for tourists, the cold meats are delicious and of good quality. Too bad the slicing option is not available when the customer requests it.
